Adds Compartment, an encrypted, fully offline memory server for AI agents (PyPI
compartment, Apache-2.0, in the official MCP registry asio.github.MaxFreedomPollard/compartment). One vault is shared by every MCP client on the machine; every record and embedding vector is encrypted at rest; hybrid vector + keyword search from a RAM-resident index. Fourteen tools, all titled and annotated. I maintain it.
