SwiftSupport

SwiftSupport is a web-based IT equipment repair reporting and status tracking system. The system allows users to submit repair requests, attach equipment images, specify urgency levels, and monitor repair progress. Administrators can manage repair requests, assign tasks, update statuses, view statistics, and export data through an administrative dashboard.

SwiftSupport was developed to improve the process of reporting IT equipment problems and tracking repair progress. The system provides separate functionality for general users and administrators, allowing repair information to be managed in one place.
