- Add structs for the CIP object library (Vol. 1 and 2): Identity, Message Router, Assembly, Connection and Connection Manager, TCP/IP Interface and Ethernet Link, Simple I/O, Group, Parameter, Diagnostics (File, Event Log), Time Sync, Drive, Motion, Semiconductor, and EtherNet/IP switch management (DLR, QoS, Base Switch, SNMP, Power Management, RSTP, PRP)
- Add missing iec104 menu to the navbar

ODVA CIP Networks Library
This pull request adds support for the CIP / Ethernet-IP protocol and its object library (Vol. 1 and 2) including a functional client CLI script for direct interaction.
