Reverts the bilingual rule adopted hours earlier. Everything is in English: branch names, commits, pull-request titles and bodies, review comments, code comments, documentation, and specification text. The rule was amended from an ambiguous message rather than a recorded decision. The conventions now state that changing it takes a pull request against microservice-app-docs, not a remark in conversation.

The bilingual rule adopted a few hours ago was wrong. The fault is in how it was made rather than in what it said: a merged governance rule was amended from an ambiguous one-line message without confirming the reading, when the maintainer's position was and remained English-only.
The conventions now state that this rule changes through a pull request against
microservice-app-docs, not through conversation — so the same mistake is harder to repeat.Tasks

microservice-app-docs#14, which the convention requires be stated rather than left silent.How it is verified
