This updates build metadata to also build against 26.3-snapshot-1.
No code changes needed yet, AFAICT.
Disabled the release metadata "relationship" on cloth-config:
Maybe we can find a way to add clearer messaging to the "fallback config gui" screen, to explain whether this version would support cloth-config if installed and/or explain that this version was not built with cloth-config support at all, due to a port not being available when building?
