Overview

Make the Agent Runtime Primer concrete with one agent, tool, and LLM lifecycle example.

  • I confirm this contribution is my own work, or I have the right to submit it under this project's license.
  • I searched existing issues and open pull requests, and this does not duplicate existing work.

Details

  • Distinguish active scope-stack snapshots from the parent-linked event tree.
  • Explain that marks attach to the active scope without becoming stack entries.
  • Clarify when users choose built-in versus discoverable plugin delivery.
  • Keep codecs as an optional normalization note instead of a main execution-diagram node.

Where should the reviewer start?

Start with "One Agent Run, Two Views" in docs/about-nemo-relay/agent-runtime-primer.mdx.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Documentation
    • Updated the runtime primer with a clearer five-component runtime model.
    • Added guidance on built-in and discoverable plugins.
    • Replaced the conceptual diagram with an example illustrating scopes, event trees, and mark events.
    • Clarified the role of codecs as optional translators and refined call lifecycle terminology.
