BSc Computer Science & Electronics Student @ North-West University
Software, AI, electronics, and the systems that connect them
I'm a Computer Science and Electronics student who builds software until I understand why it works. That instinct has carried me through full-stack systems, AI coursework, electronics labs, and a trading system that has taught me more about being wrong than being right — which turns out to be the more useful skill.
Current focus: AURUM-1 — an autonomous trading system I've rebuilt more times than I can count. Now at 265 tests with 88.9% positive walk-forward windows across 11 years of data, and paper-trading live at 72 trades, +$708.70 net (+8.6%).
I want my portfolio to show that I can:
- Build and explain full-stack software systems.
- Work with databases, authentication, and role-based application logic.
- Apply AI concepts in practical academic projects.
- Strengthen my programming, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming foundations.
- Document projects clearly and honestly.
- Improve older work into professional, readable repositories.

| Area | What I Want To Show |
|---|---|
| Full-stack systems | I can connect frontend, backend/database services, authentication, and role-based application concepts. |
| Programming foundations | I can apply core programming concepts across Python, C++, and Java. |
| Artificial intelligence | I can apply AI methods in academic labs and explain what they demonstrate. |
| Databases | I can design schemas, write queries, and understand data relationships. |
| DSA | I am strengthening my core computer science problem-solving foundations. |
| Software engineering | I can work in teams, document systems, and improve older projects honestly. |
I am open to bursary, internship, graduate programme, academic, and mentorship opportunities.
