Summary

• Replace the MIT license with the Berkeley Lab non-commercial license for ViroSync.
• Update package metadata and the README badge.

Impact

ViroSync permits non-commercial use only under the terms in LICENSE. Runtime behavior does not change.

• Confirmed that the license text matches the supplied text after the ViroSync name replacement.
