Summary

Bumps the project version from 0.2.0 to 0.3.0.

A minor bump is warranted: several new tools landed since the v0.2.0 tag, including pcm_update_cyclist_ratings, pcm_update_save, pcm_validate_save (renamed from pcm_select_save), and truncation flags on pcm_search_cyclist / pcm_search_team.

Changes

• package.json: version 0.2.0 → 0.3.0
• manifest.json: version 0.2.0 → 0.3.0
• package-lock.json: regenerated via npm version --no-git-tag-version

src/index.ts reads the version from package.json at runtime, so no code change is needed there.
