@jdebacker. This dependabot PR is failing the ubuntu tests because we need a CODECOV_TOKEN for the dependabot. Only the ubuntu tests upload to Codecov.io. We need to put the same CODECOV_TOKEN that is in our GitHub Actions setting into our dependabot settings. This is done by going to "Settings" -> "Secrets and variables" -> "Dependabot" and creating a repository secret called CODECOV_TOKEN and inputting the same secret as is in our "Actions" CODECOV_TOKEN secret.

I tried this by creating a new secret on the Codecov.io site, but I think this has to be the same secret as the one we have in "Actions". I don't think I have that one, which I hope means that you have it. Otherwise we have two options.

1. Create a new CODECOV_TOKEN secret in both "Actions" and "Dependabot"
2. Turn off dependabot uploads to Codecov.io in build_and_test.py by making the following change:
