Description of the problem being solved:
Wretched Defiler specter is missing
Steps taken to verify a working solution:
-Checked if specters are correctly shown in PoB and are available to be selected
-Data taken from https://poedb.tw/us/Wretched_Defiler
-I am unsure if the values for Revenant Boss Spell Projectile are accurate, seems quite low
