The parser fix for issue #48 has been verified through beta, but the existing stable v0.3.4 artifacts point at an older commit. Bump the CLI patch version so the verified fix can publish as a new stable release. Also document the issue hot follow-up loop, including beta verification, human-paced issue follow-up, and runseal-profile GitHub token injection for repo writes.
