Why

The #51 fix has been verified by the reporter and merged to main, but the
stable release workflow rejects publishing when the Cargo package version still
matches the prior stable 0.3.5.

What

• Bump flavor-cli from 0.3.5 to 0.3.6.
• Update the corresponding Cargo.lock package entry.
