Old links (paper citations, Castaldo's slides, blog posts) keep resolving via the redirects, including /us/obbba-households/paper/ for the embedded working paper. Zone route moves to /us/obbba-households; /us/obbba-household-explorer, /us/obbba-household-by-household, and /us/obbba-scatter 301 to it; /us/ob3-households is a temporary vanity alias. apps.json entry renamed. Pairs with PolicyEngine/obbba-household-by-household#250 (merged first) which makes the origin serve both prefixes and builds against the new base path. The embedded working paper follows the slug: /us/obbba-households/paper/.
