Changes

Updates the Organizations documentation to reflect the new conditional invite visibility behavior introduced in PostHog/posthog#60553.

What changed

The "Adding new members" section now documents:

  • Default behavior – any organization member can create and view invites
  • Restricted behavior – when admins disable "Members can invite", only admins and owners can create and view invites
  • Level filtering – members can only see invites at or below their own membership level (e.g., a member can't see admin-level invites)

Before:

Any organization member can create organization invites.

After:

By default, any organization member can create and view organization invites. Admins and owners can restrict this by disabling Members can invite in organization settings – when disabled, only admins and owners can create and view invites. Members can only see invites at or below their own membership level.
