Syncs Silo plugin SDK v0.15.0 proto additions needed by the metadata plugin sync PRs.

Changes

• Adds GetImagesRequest.season_number and ImageRecord.season_number for season artwork galleries

Merge order

Merge this before the plugin catalog and metadata plugin sync PRs that pin the generated SDK pseudo-version.

Verification

• Plugin SDK CI (pending on push)
