Hi! 👋 This PR proposes GitAgent Protocol (GAP) support for paper2code — a small, open standard for portable AI agents (https://gitagent.sh) that lets agents be discovered, run, and listed in a shared registry.
What this adds (nothing else changes):
agent.yaml— a standard manifest declaring paper2code's name, version, model preference, skills entry-point, and compliance metadataSOUL.md— paper2code's persona distilled from the existingSKILL.md: citation-first, ambiguity-honest, scope-disciplinedWith these two files your agent can run on any GAP-compatible runtime (Claude Code, GitClaw, and others) and appear in the open agent registry — making it easier for researchers to discover paper2code when they need it.
Scope of this PR: only the two new files above. No existing files are touched, no behaviour changes.
