  • Finalizes the 2026-08-16 changelog date and the permanent v1.10.0 comparison link.
  • Keeps the release notes aligned with the deferred Designer undo/redo roadmap item.

Why

The protected master branch requires all changes to pass through a pull request and the required build check before the release tag can be created.

Validation

  • Release build: PASS, 0 warnings / 0 errors
  • Release tests: PASS, 1112/1112
  • NuGet packages: PASS, 8 nupkg and 7 snupkg at 1.10.0
  • Documentation script tests: PASS, 32/32
  • git diff --check: PASS
  • Exact-SHA clean worktree validation: PASS

Publication safety

No tag or GitHub Release is created by this PR. NuGet and VSIX are not published by this PR.

- bump package versions to 1.10.0
- add release notes
- update changelog/version references
- record migration/API compatibility review
- validate NuGet packages
- validate versioned documentation bundles
- prepare repository for tag v1.10.0
Record the 2026-08-16 publication date and final v1.10.0 changelog link. Keep the Designer capability summary aligned with the deferred undo/redo roadmap item.
