Reconcile documentation with actual ModernFormsNext 1.10.0 behavior. Centralize and classify known limitations by subsystem, type, severity, status, issue coverage, and detailed documentation. Remove obsolete limitations, link active gaps to existing issues, and record issue-ready proposals for missing backlog items without creating them. Clean duplicate and outdated architecture, Designer, Android, animation, Shape, ThemeManager, roadmap, release, and DocFX guidance while preserving historical decisions. Validate Debug and Release builds, all 1,112 tests, DocFX with warnings as errors, documentation script tests, versioned archives, internal links, and git diff checks.
