feat: implement premium category pagination, organic spring scrolling, and focus fixes

This Pull Request introduces:

1. Dynamic Catalog Page Sizing & Parallel Category Pagination: optimized item fetching based on card layout preference and screen sizes, ensuring fast start-up loading and seamless scroll page fetching.
2. Organic Spring Scrolling / Glide Navigation: TV settings option for premium spring-based glide transitions when navigating between category rows vertically (off by default).
3. TV Locked Focus Rail & D-pad Left Fixes: unified TV viewport focus overlays locally inside ContentRow so focus matches exact item alignment and allows immediate sidebar navigation from the left side of the row.
