feat(ccpt): add Carbon Credit Procurement Template framework

• Adds releases/ccpt/2026-08-05/ccpt.json (Beyond Alliance procurement template as a 3rd framework variant. 84 fields, 4 topics.)
• Wires CCPT into the framework selector in index.html.

I arbitrarily chose that acronym to stand for Carbon Credit Procurement Template, because "RFP" is quite generic. Happy to change it to whatever you wish.

CCPT > Tier: Stage 1: Screening and Fit > Project Details

1. Under project type, this should be a single select dropdown menu, in line with Carbon Data Open Protocol (CDOP) enumerated list for 'project type', plus an 'Other' option. Is there a way to link this directly from CDOP's enum list, or do we need to add to our excel? (Originally linked to CDOP so it could be updated as new CDOP updates are made, but if we should add it to our excel for now, that works too).
2. Under crediting program: Values should align with the Carbon Data Open Protocol (CDOP) enumerated list for 'crediting program' (43 options), and an 'Other' option. See above comment to advise.
3. Under methodology (protocol), this should just say 'Methodology'. Also, values should align with the Carbon Data Open Protocol (CDOP) enumerated list for 'methodology', or 'Other'. See above comment to advise.
4. Under project status, in the word doc there are some more clarifying words that should follow the options in the dropdown menu. IE: Right now, it shows "pre-feasibility" as an option, but it should read "pre-feasibility - the project has a concept note in place, no feasibility study started". Is this possible?

7. Under the project developer experience table, project types, associated registries, and project countries should be multi select drop downs using the CDOP enum options.

17. Under the benefit distribution details table, there is some text that has been left out from the column headers (all headers) that are included in the word document. Could we please add those here? They are kind of like sub-text, so having them in italics would be fine.
18. On the carbon revenue allocation box, same comment. There should be additional sub text under the revenue stream, form of distribution, payment structure, and estimated monetary value heading. Italics would be fine here as well.

General Comments
20. Is there any way we could upload the text to the beginning of each section that is currently in the word document. I am referring to the 'Relevance and Use' paragraph, and the 'Complementary Uploads and Documentation'. I'd love to see a version with both, and if it is extremely unruly, maybe we can just have complementary uploads and documentation text at the top of each chart, and add the relevance and use as like a hover-over icon box that would then show the text?
