Updated VK2 Bridge.
The API has been updated to 5.199, remake for modular structure. Added declare(strict_types=1).
Fixed multiple errors in titles, links, text and API limitations, removed ads, added support for clips.
BETA version - for testing purposes. VK is a buggy place.
