Adds the v0.2.0 record to RELEASING.md, mirroring the v0.1.0 block: publish date, source commit, APK size and SHA-256, checks performed (API 35 emulator, same-key upgrade over v0.1.0 with draft retention), and what was deliberately deferred to post-release testing (release-client Google Drive sign-in, physical-device pass via the real in-app update path).
