Add a bypass environment flag to plugin manifest models. Persist it and mark CodeBrick generated plugins as bypass plugins.
Add a Shizuku shell path that runs plugin content directly. Route bypass plugins through it and keep PID tracking.
Use the selected execute context when chooser mode is enabled. Show the ROOTD label consistently in the context switch dialog.
Remove deprecated copy file helpers from the file system gateway. Keep the gateway focused on the current unzip and direct read paths.
