Split file system responsibilities into smaller operator gateways. Keep the existing capability gateway while the new operators are prepared.
Route ADB bypass plugins through a dedicated shell plugin installer. Stage the plugin zip and install it into the Shell private plugin directory through Shizuku. Refresh the Shell service contract for Shell-side plugin operations.
Move app-shell and Shizuku plugin execution into separate use cases. Simplify plugin execution routing and shell service execution contracts.
Remove the ADB run-as shell preference. Use the shared jump-to-directory behavior for ADB shell commands.
