I tested this pull request with JDK17 and JDK21 with the com.gradlup.shadow plugin version 8.3.0. |

Because of the old shadowJar, I could not use it with JDK21+ when using relocation. This fixes the problem by making the plugin depend on the task "shadowJar" rather than the plugin itself.
