add CONTRIBUTORS.md, append README.md, and add all-contributors bot config

What this changes

• Added a new CONTRIBUTORS.md file to recognize project contributors and community members.
• Added an initial contributor entry for the project creator.
• Added a Community section to recognize non-code contributions such as Show and Tell posts, awesome-list submissions, and DEV.to articles.
• Added a link to CONTRIBUTORS.md from the README.
• Added an optional note regarding future adoption of the all-contributors bot.

Why

The project currently provides contribution guidelines through CONTRIBUTING.md but does not have a dedicated contributor recognition page. This change provides visible credit to contributors and community members, helping encourage participation and making the project more welcoming to new contributors.

Before / after

Before:

• No CONTRIBUTORS.md file existed.
• Contributors were not publicly recognized in a dedicated location.
• README had no link to a contributor recognition page.

After:

• Added CONTRIBUTORS.md with contributor and community recognition sections.
• README now links to the contributors page.
• Established a structure for recognizing future contributors and community supporters.

Checklist

• PARALLEL PHASE structure unchanged (or explain why it changed)
• SVG embedding rule in README untouched
• Secrets scan still runs in Step 1
• SKILL.md not overwritten if it already exists
