docs(readme): add a 3-up product preview under the header - #6

Rename the dropped screenshots to describe what they show and move them out of public/ (the served static dir) into docs/media/, then show them as a 1-row, 3-column preview with captions beneath the README header. (docs/media/, not docs/screenshots/ — .gitignore ignores any screenshots/ dir.) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
