Security Policy

We take the security of ShieldLabs and these SDKs seriously.

Reporting a vulnerability

Please do not open a public issue for security reports.

Email contact@shieldlabs.ai with the subject line SECURITY and include:

  • a description of the issue and its impact,
  • steps to reproduce or a proof of concept,
  • affected repository, version, or endpoint.

We will acknowledge your report within 3 business days and keep you updated as we work on a fix. We follow coordinated disclosure: please give us a reasonable window to address the issue before any public disclosure.

Scope

This policy covers the public ShieldLabs SDK and specification repositories in this organization. For issues with the hosted service or your account, contact us at contact@shieldlabs.ai.
