README.md の文章を分かりやすく一貫性のあるものに整理する変更です。"PayPay CSV" などの表記を「PayPay 利用明細 CSV」に統一し、補足説明の重複・分散を解消、日付補正条件を処理フロー内に明示する形に再構成しています。
Changes:
- "PayPay CSV" → "PayPay 利用明細 CSV" に表記統一、見出し（「ファイル（JSON 設定）」「ファイル（CSV）」など）も自然な日本語に修正
- 日付補正条件の説明を「処理の流れ」セクションに移動し、条件を箇条書きで明示
- 重複していた補足を整理し、不要・冗長な記述（
transferAccountの説明、振替ルール例、ログファイル行など）を削除
