OneSource is a structured intelligence system for understanding internet attention patterns.
It studies ecommerce creatives by turning hooks, emotions, visuals, CTAs, platforms, and niches into organized signals. Those signals can then be searched, compared, and explored to understand why certain creatives earn attention, trust, and action.
The goal is not to generate more content.
The goal is to understand the repeatable structures behind creative performance.
Clean signal > more AI
OneSource is infrastructure for creative and persuasion intelligence.
It is designed to help answer questions like:
- Why does this creative pull attention?
- Which hooks repeat across winning examples?
- What emotions show up with certain visual styles?
- Which CTAs appear with specific persuasion structures?
- How do patterns behave across platforms such as TikTok, Amazon, Meta ads, Pinterest, and landing pages?
OneSource starts with ecommerce creatives, but the deeper idea is broader:
a structured intelligence layer for internet attention.
OneSource is not:
- an AI wrapper
- a content generator
- a viral prediction engine
- a recommendation system
- a generic analytics dashboard
AI can help later with tagging, clustering, summarization, and organization.
AI is not the product moat.
The moat comes from:
- clean signal structure
- normalized creative data
- controlled vocabulary
- reusable intelligence architecture
- accumulated pattern relationships
- searchable attention intelligence
OneSource follows a simple pipeline:
Creative data
-> signal normalization
-> intelligence extraction
-> exploration UI
At the data level, each creative can carry signals such as:
- emotion
- hook
- visual style
- CTA
- platform
- niche
- pattern
At the intelligence level, the system looks for:
- repeated emotion + hook patterns
- relationships between hooks, visuals, CTAs, and niches
- reinforced creative structures
- platform-specific behavior
- strongest co-signals
- signal weighting and semantic hierarchy
The product is not trying to guess what will go viral.
It is trying to make attention patterns easier to see, compare, and understand.
OneSource is currently in Pause Phase.
Pause Phase exists because the intelligence layer was evolving quickly, and the foundation needed to become clearer before adding more depth.
This phase focuses on:
- stabilizing architecture
- improving signal quality
- fixing exploration behavior
- making the UX easier to understand
- clarifying the product story
- avoiding premature AI or graph complexity
This is intentional restraint.
The project is becoming structurally trustworthy before it becomes more powerful.
Current foundations include:
- governed signal vocabulary
- validation and signal quality checks
- normalized signal extraction
- universal signal exploration
- breadcrumb traversal
- weighted signal rendering
- strongest co-signal analysis
- pattern, relationship, taxonomy, platform, and summary intelligence
- minimal Vitest coverage for intelligence logic
- production build and lint verification
- custom homepage and documentation cleanup
The core app now behaves less like a tagged gallery and more like an intelligence workspace.
The Next.js app lives in:
onesource/
Main routes:
/- OneSource entry screen/gallery- intelligence exploration workspace/admin- manual creative ingestion
Useful commands:
cd onesource
npm run dev
npm run test
npm run lint
npm run buildThe production build may need network access because the app uses Google-hosted Next fonts.
Current stack:
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
- Supabase
- Vitest
Deployment target:
- Vercel later
During Pause Phase, OneSource is not adding:
- graph systems
- AI reasoning engines
- recommendation logic
- prediction systems
- ontology expansion
- embeddings infrastructure
- feature-heavy UX
- Playwright or Cypress
- Supabase integration tests
Those may become useful later.
They are not the right next move yet.
The long-term direction is:
Bloomberg Terminal for Internet Attention
or:
Creative Genome for ecommerce persuasion.
Most tools help people generate more content.
OneSource is trying to understand the DNA of attention:
- what repeats
- what reinforces
- what changes by platform
- what emotional and visual systems keep appearing
- what creative structures become durable over time
The long-term value is accumulated, structured attention intelligence.
Not more AI output.
