Restructures the README to the shared Smoo AI brand template while preserving all technical content (quick start, theming table, HITL/OTP, full-page mode, config attributes, programmatic API, browser support, local dev).

• Adopts the Smoo AI hero logo, common badge system (flat-square, brand colors), top nav, Part of Smoo AI section, and branded footer.
• Keeps the working npm + CI badges (restyled to flat-square brand palette).
• No technical content removed.
