chore: unify README + docs under Smoo AI brand and voice

Applies the unified Smoo AI brand spec to the README and the docs/ Obsidian vault, treating Smooth as a sub-brand: keeps the Smooth logo + wordmark in the hero, but adopts the common badge system (flat-square, brand colors teal/orange/red/navy), the brand voice, the standard nav row, and the "Part of Smoo AI" section + "AI built into every product" footer.

README: all technical content preserved — install (brew / curl / source), quick start, two-modes table, the agent-loop and architecture mermaid diagrams, the Cast table, security model, access negotiation, the full th CLI reference, extending, tech stack, workspace layout, and development commands. The old top-of-file "About Smoo AI" block was folded into the new "Part of Smoo AI" section. License unchanged (MIT).

docs/Home.md (Obsidian vault index): branded header logo + one-line platform intro + footer. All [[wikilinks]], the section map, callouts, and frontmatter are untouched — only the entry page was branded, per spec.
