chore: sync template, enable curly rule, add tsgo typecheck

Summary

• Sync hooks and skills from socket-repo-template
• Enable eslint/curly rule requiring braces on all control flow
• Add tsgo type checking to the check runner (lint + format + typecheck)
• Update @typescript/native-preview to latest
• Fix AWS key detection false positives in pre-push hook (add \b word boundaries)
