🧹 Remove unused Publication component

🎯 What: Removed the unused src/lib/components/cv/Publication.svelte component file.
💡 Why: Running a search across the src directory yielded no usage of this component. Its removal cleans up dead code, improving codebase clarity and maintainability.
✅ Verification: Verified that the component has not been used anywhere by performing a global search (grep) in the src/ directory. Further, built the codebase using bun run build, checked its validity with bun run check, and ensured all tests passed successfully with bun run vitest run.
✨ Result: Cleaned up unused and orphaned component.
