Release v0.9.2

Patch release for side-effect-free WikiTicket materialization previews.

Included

• bump every published PKC manifest from 0.9.1 to 0.9.2
• stamp the 2026-08-31 changelog entry for pkc_materialize --dry-run writes concepts and write events #69
• capture the required frozen release roadmap
• refresh wiki IA inventory, rendered pages, traceability, and publish manifest
• record and complete the release-preparation worklog plan

Verification

• bash tools/ci-local.sh — 24 passed, 0 failed
• bin/worklog ia-normalize --check — clean
• bin/worklog ia-render --check — clean
• git diff --check — clean

After merge, tag the merge commit as v0.9.2 and publish the GitHub release from the changelog section.
