StellarRave is building Stellar Stream, a set of open-source repositories that let anyone stream value per-second on Stellar, run recurring subscriptions, and withdraw earned balances trustlessly. The project is organized as three focused repositories so contributors can specialize:

Traditional payments move in lumps. Money that is earned continuously (salaries, SaaS, royalties, contributor rewards) should be paid continuously. Stellar Stream brings real-time money streaming to Stellar with sub-second accounting and gas-efficient withdrawals.
