This updates zh_cn.json to match the tooltip key consolidation introduced in b284b1c. The English tooltip entries were merged, while the Chinese translation retained the previous split keys, resulting in incomplete or mismatched tooltips. This PR removes obsolete keys, restores missing entries, and updates translations and placeholders to match en_us.json.
