- pnpm instead of npm for dependencies. Unifies node_modules of Metagame and Deploy
- esbuild for bundling with minify and incremental (faster build, better running)
- internal: compile release build incremental in parallel
- add commands for selftest and build
- add dependencies for other split PRs
- saxes xml parser and ws for stomp/xmpp
- pino-pretty for json formatting for debug output
no idea where it goes otherwise, just removing bc shows error
