💡 What: Added React Native accessibility attributes (accessibilityRole="button", accessibilityLabel, and accessible) and increased the touch target area (hitSlop={{top: 12, bottom: 12, left: 12, right: 12}}) for icon-only buttons in CalendarScreen, SettingsScreen, PhonebookScreen, and ManualsScreen. Added localized strings for 'close' and 'refresh'.

🎯 Why: Icon-only buttons without labels are entirely opaque to screen readers, preventing visually impaired users from understanding their function. Furthermore, the default touch target for small icons (often 16-24px) is too small, leading to mis-taps. Adding hitSlop improves the UX for everyone without changing the visual layout.

📸 Before/After: Not applicable (invisible metadata and touch margin change).

♿ Accessibility: Ensures that screen readers will correctly announce these buttons (e.g., "Chiudi, pulsante") instead of reading nothing or guessing.

Adds `hitSlop`, `accessibilityRole`, and `accessibilityLabel` to several icon-only `TouchableOpacity` instances across the app.
