TempGuru coordinates accepted event staffing orders through contracted local partner agencies. For US orders, the assigned partner agency employs and pays the workers it supplies as W-2 employees. For Canadian orders, workers are employed locally by the assigned partner agency under applicable Canadian employment and payroll rules. The city, roles, dates, scope, rates, and local capacity are confirmed for each order.
