URLRunner: is a batch script designed to optimize your browser for speed and lower memory usage. It provides a menu-driven interface for quick access to YouTube, Google, Incognito, and customizable URLs.

Features

• Performance Tweaks: Applies registry settings for faster and smoother browsing.
• Custom URL Support: Add up to 5 URLs to the menu.

Usage

1. Download the script.
2. Run as Administrator for registry optimizations.
3. Follow the menu:
   • 1: Open optimized Google.
   • 2: Open Google (Incognito).
   • 3: Open optimized YouTube.
   • 4+: Add custom URLs.

Requirements

• OS: Windows 10/11
• Browser: Chrome or Edge (Chromium-based) (Other Browsers will be added in next updates)

Notes

• Review Before Running: Registry tweaks are applied for performance.
• Custom URLs are stored and updated dynamically.
