- Added `encodeGetSolverLockData` and `decodeGetSolverLockResult` functions for encoding and decoding solver lock data. - Introduced `HeliosVerifier` class to handle light-client verification using a web worker. - Created a new API route for proxying requests to the Helios light client. - Enhanced `useSolverLockPolling` to support light-client verification before falling back to RPC consensus. - Updated state management to include `verificationSource` for tracking the origin of consensus results. - Added tests for encoding and decoding solver lock data.
