- Check what firmware version is installed (Settings → System Info)
- Get a FAT32 USB drive (max 32GB) for updates
- Save the default admin code: ABCDE1
Default code (if DVR was reset): ABCDE1
If never reset: Contact Motorola directly for reset codes
