PR #16 main merge surfaced 3 test failures that all pass locally on the same Node 24.15.0 runtime — pure CI environment divergence. Captured in sub-project #2 backlog as item #7 (lokal-CI gap) with concrete fix candidates (mock hygiene, process.kill semantics, vitest --retry tag).
