Held back from the dependency-bump sweep: TypeScript 6 errors on tsconfig.json's baseUrl (TS5101, deprecated/removed in TS7 path). Needs a tsconfig migration (paths rework or ignoreDeprecations), not a version-only bump. Leaving open for a dedicated migration.
