Move EnvTypesGeneratorOptions and EnvTypesPluginOptions into dedicated declaration files under src/types and update EnvTypesGenerator.ts and EnvTypesPlugin.ts to import those types. Remove duplicated inline interface declarations to centralize typings and improve maintainability. Also make envFiles optional in EnvTypesGenerator and provide a runtime fallback to ['.env', '.env.example'] in the constructor to align with the new optional type.
