Professional README + branded banner & architecture diagram

Summary

• Rewrites README around the MY brand with a generated hero banner and an architecture diagram (both produced via the OpenAI Codex $imagegen / gpt-image pipeline, saved under docs/assets/).
• Restructures content: problem statement, how-it-works pipeline table, highlights, accurate tech stack (Go 1.25, PostGIS, 16 MCP servers), Docker + local quickstarts, a runnable API example, and a documentation map.
• Fixes stale facts (Go 1.23 → 1.25, removed Tailwind/ADK references that don't match the build).

Assets

• docs/assets/banner.png — navy/gold hero, "Job" + gold "lantern", MY monogram, lantern motif.
• docs/assets/architecture.png — User → chi API → orchestrator → MCP sub-agents → risk engine → signed verdict, over Postgres/PostGIS + audit log.
