Add auditable Evidence One-Pager

What changed

• adds an Evidence One-Pager inside the existing Company Workbench HTML brief
• preserves the full report, module gate, routes, readiness rules, and research-only boundary
• fails closed for incomplete, stale, unsafe, or non-portable evidence
• hardens standalone and in-app browser/accessibility evidence
• documents the feature, boundaries, verification, and design QA
• replaces two obsolete source-text test detectors with a live repository-no-write assertion

Why

The product needed a compact, auditable share layer without turning unavailable data into polished but unsupported conclusions. This keeps the workflow evidence-first while making a reviewed company snapshot easier to inspect and share.

Boundaries preserved

• no new route, data provider, calculation engine, readiness promotion, recommendation, target price, probability, broker action, or trading behavior
• no fabricated data and no automatic application of staged data
• existing detailed Company Workbench report remains available after the additive summary
• protected data, outputs, and reviewed screenshot assets were unchanged

Verification

• make public-check: 7,095 passed; dashboard boot/render smoke and browser evidence passed
• standalone One-Pager browser matrix: 24/24
• Research accessibility: 12/12 routes and 3/3 Workbench cells
• render smoke: 6/6 routes
• public documentation tests: 94 passed
• protected manifest: 135/135 unchanged
• responsive visual QA: P0/P1/P2 = 0; one intentional P3 wide-shell whitespace note
