We got a report of the link in this README 404ing (we publish plugins like these [on buildkite.com](https://buildkite.com/resources/plugins/zegocover/git-diff-conditional-buildkite-plugin/)), so I figured I'd submit what seems like the right fix, (based on the contributors page). Thanks!
